Monday- Training was fantastic, both morn and afternoon sessions. Morn felt totally great, doing quite good pace work, basically, its almost all pace work everyday, 4321, 440333220108.
Afternoon: died like shit for gym, i had no waterfeel. Most challenging was the 8300s but it was fairly manageable, holding good times, felt aching towards the back alittle, felt quite sore but it was fairly good. 330330330330330330330330
Tues Morn: Died like a bitch, times varied like mad, from 113-121!!! feel like shit shit shit shit
Tues Afternoon: felt as good as monday morning. felt slow at the start, but it got gradually better towards the end. it was 400 2200 400 4100 400 850. i actually kinda loved this set, varying distances, i had to say one of the better workouts i have done in a long time. 444 217217 440 107108107108 438 3434333230303029. next was followed by 3,850s, felt great good pace work again

wow one week gone just like that, as usual, quite the shitty week. Went down to MSC to go have training to have work for next week. lol im just quite sad that the seniors cant stay with us for 9 weeks. They are fantastic ppl haha. Anyway 9 more weeks of working from 9-3.30 everyday at bazaar wohoO! I forsee quite alot of stuff to do but still, i hope its gonna be fun! Hope theres no conflict between the 4 of us and we can work well together! AND!!! low sales target pleaseeeee low low low sales target i hope. Good luck to everyone whos gonna work! haha
training was quite ok this week, its basically all pace work for me for this whole week, and its been quite a fruitful week. Some good workouts, felt quite good. 5 4 3 2 1... today... 109220330447554

wow im like almost making this a weekly thing!.. last week really sucked for me, high sc, high hr, high everything, just couldnt move last wk, so mentally tiring.
but on the bright side, i still survived!
8th dec was fantastic for me! It felt really good to move fast again after a very tiring week. the 200's were particulary pleasing, nice pace work, really good work out completed. i have to say this may yet be the best session for 2 weeks. 217218220210
After the session, we played this team building game, smth like what they had in the guardian, 2 people per team and we had to push this flipper over to the other side of the pool underwater. The only rule was that only one person could come out and breathe at a time.Clement and i totally sucked for the first one. It hurt so bad man. He took so long to breathe that i had to pull him down so it was my turn to go up for air. 2nd one was fun! haha i was practically pulling clement all the way and we cordinated our breathing haha really fun and interesting team bonding game and that was the end of a fruitful training session for me, hope that for the rest of the week, it would be continue to be this good.
